Refund Policy

Into the industry LLC requires full payment due upon enrollment.  50% is refundable up to 30 days before the first day of the workshop.

Since space is limited in the workshops, Into the industry LLC will not issue a refund if there is a cancellation within 30 days of the beginning of the workshop, however, in the event a registrant is unable to attend a workshop, Into the Industry will allow the registrant to transfer his/her registration to a different date or to another person with Into the industry LLC written permission. Into the industry LLC will require that the transferee provide full registration information. Into the industry LLC reserves the right to accept or decline the participation of any transferee. 

In the event a workshop is cancelled, Into the industry LLC will reschedule the workshop (the "Rescheduled Workshop"). Each registrant will be notified of such change by email (the "Notice"). In the event the registrant is unable to attend the Rescheduled Workshop and there is no other workshop that the registrant is able to attend as a substitute to the original workshop, the registrant will receive a full refund within seven (7) days of written notice of unavailability to attend.
